  2. Take 1 cup of grated cauliflower.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of grated carrot.

  1. Wash & grate cauliflower and give one boil in hot water. Drain water, keep aside to cool. Now take bowl add all veg..

  5. Heat ghee in tawa place paratha & fry from both sides till golden brown. Grate cheese on paratha. Serve with curd & relish..

Sprinkle water little by little and make it into firm, pliable dough. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth & keep aside for an hour. Spray some more flour & knead it again. Take a lemon sized ball & flatten it using a roller. Spread some oil/ghee on the top & keep aside.
